When you’ve chosen your materials, we’ll tighten the project plan to address every detail. You’ll get a professional proposal, including a precise cost estimate, timelines, and a clear scope of work.
After a pre-installation walk-through, our crew will get to work putting your flooring in place. They’ll deliver high-quality work and professional communication to keep you up-to-date at every step.
After installation, we’ll check the work to make sure it meets our rigorous company standards. We’ll walk through the finished space with you to answer any questions and address minor adjustments.
Installation isn’t the end of our relationship. You’ll meet your maintenance team point of contact who’ll tell you how to care for your floor and deliver fantastic customer service moving forward.
In a follow-up meeting, we’ll listen attentively to your feedback and address any lingering post-installation concerns. We hope it’s a positive meeting, and we’ll use your comments to improve our service so that the next one will be even better.
