We started the discussion with Orpheum about the potential of replacing the carpet in August of 2016. The thought of helping to renovate such a historic Omaha landmark was very exciting to our team. We worked very closely with the carpet manufacturer, Mohawk. They were able to still provide the original pattern and colors that were currently installed. We started the project on June 19, 2017, it took a little over three months, but the work was finally completed by the end of September a few days ahead of schedule.

We want to take a minute to thank Randall Ward and his team at the Orpheum and the carpet installers for all of their support and assistance during this project. This was a very large and detailed project and we could not have asked for a better team to work with.
