How We Work With You

We offer a full suite of commercial flooring services to accommodate your needs and ensure that your project runs smoothly from start to finish. Our extensive “flooring library” is one of the largest set of commercial flooring sample binders in the state of Nebraska, and ordering in full-sized pieces comes at no charge to our customers.  This is a great option so you can get a feel for how the flooring will look in your space with the lighting.  In our Lincoln, Nebraska location we also offer design and specification services that are complementary to any customer purchasing flooring with us.

To kick off your new flooring project you will set up a consultation with one of our knowledgeable sales team members or project managers. The initial consultation will be used to understand your needs, wants, project timelines, budget, etc. Typically, someone will visit the site to measure and work with an estimator to determine the quantities of materials needed for the project. It’s always beneficial if site drawings drawn to scale can be provided. Depending on the size of the job, receiving a quote can take anywhere from 24 hours to two weeks.

Shipping Your Product

At Floors Inc we offer a Quick Ship program that has helped keep pace with the faster schedules we all are experiencing in the construction industry. Many of the manufacturers we work with keep product on hand and ready for shipment. Most products will arrive within a week or two from the order date. At Floors, we do try to keep a wide variety of modular carpets and a couple of LVT’s in stock, in order to fulfill a very fast turnaround on some tenant finish spaces.

In specific instances when the material is special order, it can take up to 6 or 8 weeks to arrive at our warehouse.
