The ARDEX MC Moisture Control System is a two-coat epoxy resin system which uses sand broadcast to suppress excessive moisture vapor.
First, our crew applies an ARDEX P-MC primer coat, followed by the ARDEX S-MC sealer coat. Together, these coats treat new concrete to help it dry faster, so your other trades can stay on deadline.
The ARDEX MC Moisture Control System produces an extremely hard surface which tenaciously bonds to the substrate. This two-coat system reduces moisture emissions to an acceptable level—even with new concrete that’s less than 28 days old—and serves as the priming system for ARDEX Engineered Cement.
