This is a product made by Amtico called Spacia and even though it looks like ceramic tile, it has the qualities and ease of a vinyl floor.

The rest of the floor looks outstanding as well; the carpet tiles are Mannington “Kami” and Lee’s “First Step” Carpet Tiles.

The renovation is being completed by Clark Hoover of Clark Contracting.
